These Terms of Service govern the services provided by HugoSim eSIM to its customers. By purchasing a travel eSIM from HugoSim, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and HUGOSIM (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).
BEFORE CLICKING “CHECKOUT” OR “OnePay,” PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
HugoSim provides travel eSIM plans for Vietnam and international destinations (hereinafter referred to as “eSIMs”), enabling travelers to access the internet conveniently and quickly throughout their journeys without the need for a physical SIM card.
Each eSIM is provided as a QR code that you can scan to install and activate your eSIM. However, eSIMs are only compatible with devices that support eSIM technology and are carrier-unlocked. To check whether your device supports eSIM, please refer to our eSIM-Compatible Devices List.
eSIM prices vary depending on the destination country, data allowance, validity period, and plan type you select.
All eSIM prices are clearly displayed on the official HugoSim website, along with detailed information about data allowances, validity periods, and included benefits. We strive to offer competitive pricing and high-quality services to provide you with the best possible experience.
You can pay for your eSIM using secure payment methods, including OnePay, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
If you dispute any invoice, you must submit written notice to HugoSim at least seven (7) days before the invoice’s payment due date. Your notice must identify the disputed items and provide a detailed explanation of each dispute.
Any amounts that are not disputed, or that have been determined by a final court judgment, must be paid to HugoSim within seven (7) business days, even if other disputed items remain unresolved. HugoSim is committed to resolving disputes promptly and in good faith.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before payment or before the eSIM QR code has been sent to your email address, without incurring a cancellation fee.
Once the eSIM QR code has been sent, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
HugoSim will issue a refund only if the eSIM experiences a technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve. To protect your interests, please contact HugoSim promptly if you encounter any problems while using your eSIM.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, such as OnePay or bank transfer. The refund process may take up to ten (10) business days. HugoSim is not responsible for any bank fees incurred during the refund process.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HugoSim.vn and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Any amendments, additions, or modifications to this Agreement shall be valid only if made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
