Whether you can extend your eSIM plan depends on the specific plan and country. However, most eSIM data plans currently do not support extensions. Once your data runs out, you can simply purchase a new eSIM to continue using the internet.

To install your eSIM, you’ll need a Wi-Fi connection before departure. Therefore, it’s recommended to install and activate your eSIM before your trip. You can install it up to 30 days in advance or less, depending on the activation policy.
If you’re already in your destination country, you can install and activate it immediately after receiving the QR code.

HugoSim eSIM provides fast 4G LTE speeds, ensuring a smooth internet experience in both urban and rural areas. Once the high-speed data allowance is used up, speeds may be reduced. Connection quality may also be slower in some remote locations.
Yes. To ensure the best network connection, you need to enable data roaming in your phone settings. This will not affect your eSIM data usage.
Each QR code can only be scanned once. If you encounter any issues while installing or activating your eSIM, please do not delete it. Instead, contact HugoSim for immediate assistance.
There is no need to delete your eSIM after use. However, if you wish to do so, you can remove it from your phone’s SIM management settings.
