1. eSIM Exchange Policy

If you receive an eSIM that differs from the one you ordered, HugoSim will assist you with an exchange within one (1) day.

If you would like to exchange your eSIM for a different plan, please contact HugoSim at +84 967 879 029. Each request will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect eSIM delivered: The eSIM you receive does not match the type or plan you purchased.

• Issues attributable to HugoSim: A complaint, dispute, or technical issue arises due to an error on HugoSim’s part.

• eSIM cannot be provided: You have completed your payment, but HugoSim is unable to provide the eSIM you ordered. In this case, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.
